The 2Q Cannula, created by tumescent anesthesia innovator Dr. Jeffrey Klein, is a precision infiltration tool engineered for directional fluid delivery. Unlike the Tip Monty, the Half Monty features venting on only 50% of the distal shaft, allowing for controlled, targeted infiltration—ideal for working near delicate anatomical structures or in areas where asymmetrical dispersion is preferred.
Favored for its versatility and precision, the 2Q is excellent for facial, neck, or small-area infiltration where accuracy and minimal fluid spread are essential. The side-only ports enable the surgeon to "steer" infiltration directionally, improving outcomes and reducing swelling.
