Do more with your MicroAire® PAL®. The PAL Expansion Pack brings together the four CLINIMED adaptors that turn one PAL handpiece into a multi-procedure system. With them, the same handpiece runs luer-lock and Nouvag® Liposurg® compatible cannulas, delivers tumescent infiltration and re-injects fat. Bought as a pack, the four adaptors cost 10% less than buying them separately.

Bought separately the four adaptors cost $1,500. The Expansion Pack is $1,350.

Care
All four adaptors are reusable. Clean and sterilise them with your cannulas, following the instructions for use.

Important notice about ALL CLINIMED cannulas : Our range of cannulas are custom made, in-house to your required specifications. We require a minimum of 10-14 days for standard delivery depending on quantities. PLEASE NOTE, SOME CONFIGURATIONS CAN TAKE UPTO 4 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY. All custom instruments are covered under CLINIMEDS standard warranty, however, all cannulas sales are final and cannot be returned for credit or exchange.

Protect the incision with Exo-Port skin ports
Exo-Port™ liposuction skin ports are CLINIMED's companion product to our cannulas. The port sits in the incision so the cannula never rubs against the skin edge, helping protect the incision site from frictional and thermal abrasion during power-assisted (PAL) and ultrasound-assisted (UAL) liposuction. Reusable, autoclavable and made in the USA.
Match the port to your cannula diameter: Ø3.0 mm ports for 3 mm cannulas, Ø4.0 mm for 4 mm, Ø5.0 mm for 5 mm, and Exo-Port MAX for basket and etching cannulas.
