Run the luer-lock cannulas you already own on your MicroAire® PAL® handpiece, or on the new Nouvag® Liposurg® Artist handpiece. The CLINIMED PAL luer adapter fits between the power-assisted liposuction handpiece and any luer-lock cannula, whatever the manufacturer. There's no need to buy a second set of cannulas just for power-assisted liposuction.

It's built for repeated use: a medical-grade 6061-T6 aluminium body with 316L stainless steel parts, rather than plastic. It's light in the hand, fully autoclavable and quick to change between cannulas.

Why use an adapter instead of a second set of cannulas

Many practices already own luer-lock cannulas for syringe harvesting, infiltration or fine-area work. With the adapter, those same cannulas run on the PAL or Liposurg Artist handpiece, so one set covers syringe and power-assisted technique. Fewer duplicate cannulas means a lower purchase cost, less to count and reprocess, and fewer items to track between trays.

If you're buying new cannulas specifically for PAL or the Liposurg Artist, CLINIMED PAL compatible cannulas (-M hub) fit both handpieces directly with no adapter.

This adapter is one of four in the MicroAire PAL Expansion Pack, which also runs Nouvag® Liposurg® compatible cannulas on the PAL and adds tumescent infiltration and fat re-injection through the handpiece. The pack costs 10% less than the four adapters separately.

Frequently asked questions

Does it fit the Nouvag Liposurg Artist?

Yes. The new Nouvag Liposurg Artist handpiece takes the same connection as the MicroAire PAL, so this adapter fits both. Other Nouvag Liposurg handpieces use a different connection; see the Hub & Compatibility Guide.

Will it fit my luer cannulas from another manufacturer?

Yes. The adapter takes standard luer-lock hubs, so cannulas from other manufacturers fit as well as CLINIMED's.

Can the adapter be autoclaved?

Yes. It's fully reusable and autoclavable. Clean and sterilise it with your cannulas, following the instructions for use.

Do I need this adapter for CLINIMED PAL compatible cannulas?

No. Cannulas with the CLINIMED MicroAire PAL compatible hub (-M) connect to the handpiece directly. The adapter is for luer-hub cannulas.

Is it made by MicroAire?
