Stand a luer lock syringe of harvested fat upright, tip down, so oil, fat and fluid separate by gravity. The CLINIMED luer lock syringe decant stand holds the syringe by its luer lock tip, so it stays steady while it settles and the infranatant can be drained before transfer and re-injection.
